Precision Time Has Gold Medal Performance In Greece...

"The Precision Time System worked flawlessly during the entire Olympics" said president Mike Costabile. "We didn't have one operational problem in 84 games, and our device was well received by the participating teams and the officials. Lubomir Kotleba of FIBA was very pleased with our system, and felt we had a positive impact on all the games."

After using the Precision Time System in the World Championships in 2002, and now in the 2004 Olympics, FIBA has written Precision Time into their rulebook. Beginning September 1st, "a whistle-controlled time system shall be used" in all Level I and Level II FIBA world championship competition.

"Precision Time Systems would especially like to thank FIBA for their support, and their courteous reception in Athens. I would also like to thank Jerry Tyson for all his help during the games" said Mr. Costabile. "The Olympics was a very positive experience for us, and we look forward to the 2008 games in Beijing."
